This role will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of tools and capabilities that enhance revenue performance and the guest experience. The Business Analyst will support initiatives across mobile, web, property-based, and partner platforms, including reservation, loyalty, payment, revenue management, and other hospitality technology solutions. Business Advisors shape the vision with the client, understand the needs of the users/stakeholders, carry out an elicitation of processes, data and capabilities and derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution.
