## About the Role

This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on laboratory experience, and the ability to execute comprehensive test plans while ensuring requirements traceability and verification.

 - The role supports advanced radar programs and focuses on AESA HWIL testing, radar integration, test automation, and systems verification. They are looking for candidate with strong I&T backgrounds. Having prior Radar experience is considered a plus.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

 * Experience developing, executing, and documenting test plans, procedures, and test reports.
 * Experience conducting requirements verification and validation activities to ensure system performance and compliance.
 * Experience maintaining requirements traceability and test evidence using tools such as DOORS, Jira, and Confluence.
 * Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, including:
o Oscilloscopes
o Spectrum Analyzers
o Signal Generators
o Wireshark

 * Experience developing and utilizing test automation scripts in:
o C++
o MATLAB
o Python

 * Knowledge of system integration, verification, and test methodologies.
