 * Experience supporting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in mixed Windows and Mac environments.
 * Knowledge of endpoint management and device deployment best practices.
 * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management processes.

## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced end-user environment. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues while delivering exceptional customer service to employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments and a strong commitment to resolving technical issues efficiently., * Provide desktop support for end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues.

 * Troubleshoot and support Windows-based workstations, applications, and peripheral devices.
 * Support MacOS devices using JAMF for device management, deployment, and administration.
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.
 * Respond to service requests and incidents through ticketing systems while meeting established service levels.
 * Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
 * Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and support procedures.
 * Collaborate with IT team members to resolve escalated technical issues.
 * Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with end users.
