Overview: The Solutions Engineer - ETL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business intelligence solutions, data warehouses, data integration processes, reporting platforms, and related technologies that support both customers and Sensitech's Professional Services organization. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Projects often involve integrating data from multiple systems, developing scalable data models, and delivering actionable reporting solutions within fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data engineering and business intelligence with a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning. This role offers significant opportunities to leverage modern data technologies, cloud platforms, automation, and AI-driven solutions to address evolving customer needs. In addition to building new solutions, this position supports and enhances existing data warehouses, ETL processes, system integrations, reports, dashboards, and SSIS packages through troubleshooting, optimization, and system upgrades.
