Our Portfolio Reconciliation and Valuations team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with Traders, Sales, Middle Office, Confirms and other Operations teams to mitigate risks and improve client experience related to valuation statement management and delivery., * Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word., * Strong motivation to succeed, both as an individual and as a team Control focused Strong analytical and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines * Effective team player Problem solving and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong appreciation of client service * Ability to deal with multiple complex issues at the same time while meeting client deadlines, * Bachelor's degree * Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail. * Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience. * Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. * Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment. ## Description The Portfolio Reconciliation & Valuations Team falls under the broader MCVO (Margin, Collateral and Valuations business unit) which is within the greater Portfolio Services and Client Onboarding sub-division. Portfolio Reconciliation & Valuations is responsible for ensuring the reporting of positions is accurate and reporting is performed in a timely manner across multiple products lines. The team manages a variety of products (OTC derivatives and cash products) and is responsible for ensuring clients and 3rd party reconciliation tools receive their reports according to their requirements.
