## About the Role

Data Analysis background

o Comfortable working with unstructured data

o Data automation, manipulation, transformation, and data processing

 - Any BI tool experience or Alteryx

 - Utilizing tableau for data visualizations

 - Microsoft suite- Excel (pivot tables, v look ups)

 - Experience transforming data within any of these tools- Python, SQL, excel, etc

 - Experience & comfortability working in a fast-paced environment

 - Process and issues management - Alteryx - data transformation

 - RISE

 - Banking or Financial services industry exp

## Description

Insight Global is looking for a data consultant to join an existing team at one of our large financial institutions in the following locations- Charlotte, NC OR Jersey City, NJ OR Pennington, NJ. You will be joining the risk and regulatory group within global technology- there is high visibility to this area, so you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a data consultant you will be focused on a ton of manual data transformation that is happening in these groups and helping to simplify processes. This group has unstructured data, and a lot of the data is within excel files and macros and are not sustainable. The team does use Alteryx for data transformation and to publish in tableau- having experience with Alteryx is a huge bonus but not necessary if you are wanting/willing to learn and get up to speed quickly! Your day to day will be 50% meetings and 50% revolved around process improvement, data automation, data processing, data manipulation, data
transformation, using large mass data quantities
