This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues while supporting both office and warehouse technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong desktop support experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
