Preferred Qualifications * Experience developing or managing Systems Engineering Management Plans, technical baselines, verification matrices, system architectures, or integrated schedules. * Familiarity with engineering standards, lifecycle management, operational readiness, quality systems, or reliability/supportability practices. * Experience with complex infrastructure, industrial operations, software-enabled systems, logistics, energy, utilities, or regulated environments. * INCOSE certification, PMP, or related professional certification is a plus. ## Description We are seeking a Systems Engineering & Integration Lead to establish and lead systems engineering practices for complex technical and operational initiatives. This is a new position within the organization and will play a critical role in connecting business objectives with disciplined technical execution. The successful candidate will bring structure to complex projects by helping define requirements, manage interfaces, coordinate cross-functional technical work, assess risks, support trade-off decisions, and ensure solutions are designed, verified, and implemented with lifecycle performance in mind.What We Are Looking For, This role will help improve project predictability, reduce rework, strengthen technical governance, and ensure solutions are aligned with business needs from the beginning. The position will be highly visible and will influence how the organization plans, evaluates, integrates, and delivers complex initiatives.
