They are responsible for designing and architecting software solutions, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products. Senior Development Engineers also collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, manage project timelines and resources, and drive continuous improvement in software development practices., * Delivers high-complexity development or automation tasks as part of a team. Documents code. Ensures the team follows established software product engineering practices related to software development. * Works under moderate supervision with access to assistance for work assignments not covered through established guidelines. * Acquires solid knowledge and develops specialized skills. * Establishes individual priorities when supporting projects and/or processes. * Perform other assigned job-related duties that align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice.
