This individual's primary responsibilities will be building custom statistical and visual analytics for client-driven projects using Microsoft's PowerBI and Qlik's Qlik Cloud along with open-source computing and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, and Julia). Additional responsibilities include performing other procedural steps in the data science life cycle such as data ingestion, cleaning, management, and exploration using open-source and proprietary resources that are locally hosted or cloud-based. Secondary responsibilities include serving in a leading role for completing initiatives that are relevant to the Institute's strategic missions such as delivering technical training, building and editing reports and visuals, and providing technical and statistical assistance on ad-hoc projects.
