Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer - Tier 1 Role Overview As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer - Tier 1, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the enterprise network infrastructure that enables the organization's day-to-day business operations. Working alongside a team of skilled network and infrastructure engineers, you will monitor systems, respond to alerts and incidents, execute standard changes, and ensure network stability and availability. In this role, you will leverage your foundational networking knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused mindset to help maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performing network environment.
