 * Utilize modern front-end web technologies, UI/UX methodologies, and creative digital media tools to support instructional delivery., * Research, design, develop, test, and implement web-based training (WBT) modules, online learning portals, and interactive web tools.
 * Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 * Design high-quality digital media, visual graphics, and video elements using Adobe Creative Cloud.
 * Ensure all digital products and web artifacts adhere to Section 508 accessibility, privacy, and copyright guidelines.
 * Manage development workflows, track issues, and document project requirements using JIRA and knowledge management repositories.
 * Support in-class learning technologies, media production, and continuous maintenance of codebases and web assets.
