## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Basic infrastructure/server support experience.
 * Windows Server experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
 * Ability to work a rotating overnight schedule.

Preferred Experience

 * Linux/UNIX
 * VMware or Citrix
 * Infrastructure monitoring and/or batch management
 * Storage/SAN infrastructure
 * Windows desktop/server environments
 * Automation or scripting

## Description

We are seeking a Shift Analyst to provide overnight monitoring and Tier 2 support for enterprise infrastructure and business-critical applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional who is technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within an infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities

 * Monitor and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and enterprise applications.
 * Monitor and support production batch jobs and workflows.
 * Perform server reboots, incident response, and technical escalations.
 * Assist with monthly patching, infrastructure changes, and disaster recovery exercises.
 * Document incidents, requests, and resolutions.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure teams and participate in ongoing technical cross-training.
