Chemours is seeking a Change Manager - Transformational Change to support the company's most complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is a key member of the centralized Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and plays a critical role in enabling adoption, leader accountability, and value realization for Chemours' highest-impact changes, including enterprise transformation and the Chemours Business System (CBS). This position will be based at the Wilmington Office Building ( Wilmington, DE ) or a Chemours Site/Office Location and will report to the Director, Change Management. The Change Manager - Transformational Change leads change strategy and execution for large-scale, highly complex initiatives that cut across businesses, functions, and geographies. This role partners closely with CET sponsors, senior leaders, and transformation teams to shape the change narrative, equip leaders to lead change, and ensure sustained adoption. This role requires strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while influencing outcomes across a matrixed organization.
