## About the Role

+ 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.

 + Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.

 + Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other end-user hardware.

 + Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 + Exposure to device deployment, imaging, or hardware refresh projects.

## Description

+ Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.

 + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.

 + Support Windows operating systems and common business applications.

 + Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within a ticketing system.

 + Assist with device deployments, equipment replacements, workstation setups, and user onboarding.

 + Perform basic account support, password resets, and access-related requests.

 + Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.

 + Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates.
