This is a hybrid role: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote, with standard hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how senior executives and a professional services firm actually operate day to day and at a strategic level. The right candidate is highly organized, curious about how a business runs, comfortable with responsibility, and eager to learn from senior leaders. You'll work directly alongside Managing Directors and build skills that set you up for whatever comes next. We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious, comfortable taking on responsibility, and excited to learn by doing. Our EAs are made up of a team of professionals who support our top executives and teams across the globe. These critical team members are viewed as strategic partners who enable our teams to deliver gold-standard work to our clients. The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, organized, poised, and able to operate independently with strong attention to detail.
