## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; significant Sage Intacct consulting experience may substitute
 * Sage Intacct certification, Velixo experience, or nonprofit accounting exposure is preferred
 * Hands-on Sage Intacct implementation or post-go-live optimization experience
 * Experience building reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct
 * Experience troubleshooting invoicing or billing processes
 * Strong multi-entity accounting, general ledger, and month-end close knowledge
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
 * Ability to work independently, document solutions, and train accounting users
 * Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with executive leadership

## Description

Kforce has partnered with an established nonprofit organization in the Annapolis, MD area that is seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Consultant for a temporary engagement. The schedule may be approximately 15 to 20 hours per week or full-time, depending on consultant availability and final project scope. Flexible hybrid and remote options are available. Responsibilities:

 * Review the current Sage Intacct configuration, data, workflows, and reporting
 * Identify and resolve invoicing and billing issues
 * Build and enhance financial reports and dashboards for a multi-entity environment
 * Improve month-end close and financial reporting processes
 * Troubleshoot accounting workflows and system-related concerns
 * Document procedures and provide hands-on training to the finance team
 * Coordinate with finance leadership and outside implementation partners
 * Provide general accounting support as project scope allows
