Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.?, * Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of radar or RF systems experience.

 * Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance., * Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within five years.
 * Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
 * RF test equipment, microwave engineering principles, and antenna theory
 * Experience with MBSE and tools

## Description

The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center seeks a talented Senior Systems Engineer. Our team located in North Texas integrates hardware and software, develops test plans and procedures, debugs and evaluates system functions and interfaces, and verifies system requirements in support of final sell-off to the customer. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts. This position is an onsite role in McKinney, Texas .
