* Develop and sustain APIs and web services.
 * Implement interface and message-processing logic.
 * Troubleshoot data exchanges and external interfaces.
 * Support interface modernization.
 * Perform integration and interface testing.
 * Coordinate with external-system engineers.
 * Support Tier 3 interface troubleshooting.
