The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining executive dashboards, operational scorecards, KPI frameworks, and automation solutions that provide actionable insights across IT Service Management (ITSM), Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Services, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting domains. This role requires a combination of advanced Power BI development skills, strong SQL and data modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of ITIL-based service management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, service delivery teams, and customers to deliver enterprise-grade reporting solutions that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. S** **alary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 to $92,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Data Engineering, Modeling & Analytics + Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise data models. + Create complex DAX calculations, KPIs, measures, and business metrics. + Develop Power Query (M) transformations and ETL workflows. + Optimize datasets, semantic models, and report performance. + Implement enterprise data warehousing and reporting best practices. + Develop predictive analytics, trend analysis, and operational forecasting capabilities. + Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and integrity across all reporting solutions., + Deliver reporting packages supporting executive reviews, governance meetings, and customer presentations. + Provide analytical insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
