You will be a valued member of the engineering organization and work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, security teams, and software developers to build high-quality digital solutions. In this role, you will: + Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS services, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL. + Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to drive high-quality delivery and team growth. + Establish and enforce software engineering standards, including GitHub branching strategies, pull request processes, code review practices, repository governance, and secure development methodologies. + Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. + Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, design principles, and quality standards. + Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude, to enhance productivity, accelerate solution design, improve documentation, and support software development activities. + Support CI/CD implementation, release planning, production troubleshooting, application performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
