* Computer science educational background and 3+ years of experience as an IT Team Lead or related position
 * Demonstrated experience guiding data engineers and support teams in a global environment
 * Capability to translate business goals into scalable, reliable enterprise data integration strategies
 * Demonstrated exposure to and experience with Qlik Replicate
 * Strong communication skills to partner with DBAs, security teams, architects, and business stakeholders

## Description

* Serve as Technical Team Lead of designers, developers, and support resources, ensuring support and customer demand needs are met
 * Responsible for platform strategic planning and roadmap development
 * Develop new integration patterns when required, with guidance and approval from Enterprise Architecture
 * Collaborate with Infrastructure Lead to understand platform usage, infrastructure capacity, and recommend future capacity needs to leadership
 * Provide guidance and best practices to the enterprise developer community
 * Meet with vendor on a regular cadence to discuss issues, enhancements needed, or new features released
