You will be responsible for translating complex strategic requirements into standardized workflows, ensuring that robust data processes and high quality metrics are in place to track performance and business impact accurately. You will collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and strategic stakeholders to optimize timelines and drive continuous process improvements. Furthermore, you will provide effective reporting and drive the development of data artifacts for internal and external stakeholders, resulting in the successful execution of incentive objectives., * Partner with business stakeholders to capture and translate strategic requirements for new partner incentives into executable operational plans. * Design and build robust data infrastructure and processes that track incentive performance and business impact. * Address issues and close gaps to ensure all necessary systems, processes, and documentation are in place to support seamless incentive operations from intake through to closure. * Use AI and custom tools to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for a variety of users from support to executives, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Deliver operational performance by ensuring all incentive-related escalations are triaged, investigated, and resolved appropriately.
