* 7+ years of experience with GIS development using modern ESRI suite technologies
 * 2+ years of experience working with a variety of AWS services
 * 2+ years of experience working with developing GIS with ArcGIS Utility Network and Geodatabase
 * Experience gathering requirements, managing expectations, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders

Desired:
