Any other industry related certs or training are also a plus. The environment is expansive, and the technician may support multiple buildings while working within controlled access, technology, and transportation limitations. Priorities and information can change quickly, so the successful candidate must be adaptable, patient, highly organized, and comfortable asking clear questions, documenting issues, and following through without needing constant direction. This is a highly independent, customer-facing role that requires someone who arrives with strong technical ability and can effectively speak to and coordinate with customer stakeholders and remote team members. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as a third-party resource in an environment with limited onsite peer support, high standards for responsiveness and presentation, and specific processes that may differ from typical project environments. What You Will be doing: * Provide technical expertise to support the architecture, installation and planning of audio, video and control solutions * Completes documentation with a high degree of quality and follows Technical Services Standards.
