We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build this platform from the ground up, working across the entire stack and partnering closely with the business teams who will use it every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to help shape a new product from its earliest stages - from architecture decisions through to what the end user actually sees and uses. What You'll Do * Design, build, and maintain both the frontend and backend of a new internal platform, from early prototypes through production * Build and maintain integrations between the platform and its underlying cloud and AI infrastructure * Partner directly with the business teams who will use the platform, translating their day-to-day workflows into working software * Implement secure authentication, access control, and data governance appropriate for sensitive business data * Help define and improve engineering practices - testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability - as the platform matures * Iterate quickly based on real usage and feedback, balancing speed with reliability, * Core platform infrastructure - authentication, the application shell, and the underlying data model - is up and running * The platform is answering real questions and handling real tasks for an initial group of users, with clear traceability back to source data * You're running regular working sessions with business stakeholders and have shipped the platform's first end-to-end automated workflow ## Related Videos - [Keeping applications secure by evolving OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100152-keeping-applications-secure-by-evolving-oauth-2-0-and-openid-connect) - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [AI in High-Stakes Industries: Lessons Learned](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100253-ai-in-high-stakes-industries-lessons-learned) - [Get started with securing your cloud-native Java microservices applications](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/123-get-started-with-securing-your-cloud-native-java-microservices-applications) - [Delegating the chores of authenticating users to Keycloak](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1558-delegating-the-chores-of-authenticating-users-to-keycloak) - [Delay the AI Overlords: How OAuth and OpenFGA Can Keep Your AI Agents from Going Rogue](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1637-delay-the-ai-overlords-how-oauth-and-openfga-can-keep-your-ai-agents-from-going-rogue) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Stephan Gillich - Bringing AI Everywhere](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/489-stephan-gillich-bringing-ai-everywhere) - [MLOps And AI Driven Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/82-mlops-and-ai-driven-development) - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this)
