What you'll achieve As a Data Science Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy by defining and governing taxonomies and ontologies for our extensive knowledge content (articles, videos, manuals, etc.) The optimal taxonomical and ontological structure of our knowledge content will maximize findability and deliver on our critical business outcome: enabling customer self-service success. You will also design governance processes and execute them to align multiple stakeholders across the organization.
