You should be a usability champion who thrives in collaborative environments, recognizes design opportunities, and can multitask across multiple active programs while maintaining quality and strategic alignment., * Strong proficiency with both 2D and 3D CAD software (Creo preferred) and visualization tools (KeyShot) * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent discipline * 2-4 years of professional design experience * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite * Solid understanding of design principles, theories, and manufacturing methods * Demonstrated ability in form ideation, sketching, prototyping, and model development * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Portfolio of work required - candidates must provide a link to professional design portfolio Preferred Qualifications * Understanding of and experience with user research methodologies and usability testing * Understanding and experience in implementing and creating sketches, storyboards, models and prototypes. * Experience collaborating with international and distributed teams * Knowledge of AI design tools and their applications in the design process ## Description This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office., Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our award-winning enterprise design team. In this role, you will research, develop, and execute strategic design solutions that optimize the function, ergonomics, value, and appearance of physical products and systems.
