As part of our 250+ person Product & Engineering organization, you'll create fast, scalable, and intuitive experiences that help customers turn ideas into high-performing campaigns across markets and channels. You'll solve complex Front End challenges spanning performance, scalability, and user experience, including AI-driven workflows that help customers generate, adapt, and optimize creative in new ways. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, you'll have meaningful ownership from technical design through delivery while helping us continuously improve how we build Front End software. React and TypeScript are at the core of our Front End stack, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and engineering quality. What You Will Do * Own complex Front End projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration. * Build responsive, reliable, and scalable user experiences that make sophisticated creative and AI capabilities intuitive for customers. * Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to break complex customer problems into clear, achievable technical solutions. * Lead technical design discussions and make thoughtful trade-offs between long-term architecture, product needs, performance, and speed of delivery. * Improve the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our Front End architecture and shared core packages. * Break larger projects into meaningful increments that deliver customer value while creating a sustainable foundation for future development. * Mentor and support other engineers through constructive code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing. * Drive projects forward independently, identifying and addressing technical obstacles while keeping relevant stakeholders aligned. ## Related Videos - [Are Code Reviews Worth It?
