In this role, you will be the essential thread connecting product, engineering, and design teams with executive leadership to deliver the Field Service Product Roadmap. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers to deliver cross-functional initiatives that merge human ingenuity with AI agents to redefine how service is provided in the field. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical fluency, operational rigor, and the executive presence to navigate C-suite priorities.
