Specialized Skills * Requires one (1) year of professional experience analyzing, managing, and escalating complex health care cases, including conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action recommendations. * Requires one (1) year of professional experience administering high-risk or executive-level escalations, including coordinating and developing cross-functional resolutions and preparing clear summaries and recommendations for leadership review. Conditions of Employment * Requires the ability to pass a background check. * Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate. * The conditions of employment listed here are incorporated and related to any of the job duties as listed in the job description. ## Description The Marketplace Data & Reporting Senior Analyst leads data analysis and reporting efforts for the Get Covered Illinois (GCI) State-Based Marketplace. This position analyzes marketplace data related to enrollment, tax credits, operations, trends, and projections while helping guide GCI's overall data and reporting strategy. The Senior Analyst develops reports, dashboards, and presentations for GCI leadership, state and federal partners, and other stakeholders, and works closely with staff, vendors, and consultants to make sure data is accurate, clear, and useful for decision-making. In addition to leading reporting efforts, this role also works directly with data by running reports, reviewing trends, designing dashboards, and identifying opportunities to improve operations and reporting processes in support of GCI's mission.
