## About the Role

* Experience in at least one of the following: Customer Service, Telesales, Outside Sales, Storeroom or Inventory Management.
 * High School Diploma or equivalent required.
 * Strong customer service orientation.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general computer literacy.

## Description

* Maintain appropriate stock levels (min/max) to meet customer demand.
 * Receive, unpack, and put away products at all solution points of use.
 * Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on solution equipment to company standards.
 * Use routing software to log and track daily account activities.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts to ensure solution retention.
