Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in construction, demolition, or related trades. * Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical concepts in a construction or field service environment. * Experience with installation and field service work. * Strong attention to detail when assessing damage and documenting work performed. * Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on physically demanding tasks., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. ## Description The Mitigation Technician supports restoration projects by assisting with the safe removal of damaged materials, performing demolition work, and setting up cleaning systems in homes affected by water or fire damage. This role works directly under a site lead, follows clear instructions, and carefully documents all work performed using digital tools and company systems.
