WE VALUE * 1+ years' experience in applying advanced design, development, evaluation, and quality control techniques to complex engineering projects * 1+ years' experience managing engineering projects autonomously and without supervision * Strong written and oral communication skills * Able to effectively communicate and present status, actions, recommendations, and technical information clearly * Ability to work well in cross-functional teams * Effective project management and organization skills * Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills * Ability to support design decisions, deal with ambiguity and drive for results * Demonstrated leadership attributes, customer, and team interaction in previous or current role * Demonstrated track record for problem solving, managing requirements, and meeting commitments * Self-motivated, willing to take ownership * Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. * Demonstrated experience with design tools appropriate for the field (Mathcad / Matlab, 3D Solid Modeling CAD Systems etc.) * Demonstrated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher) * Demonstrated extra-curricular/leadership experience, Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. ## Description In this role, you will impact project success by assisting in defining project scope, tracking progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives efficiently.
