## About the Role

* Must have a bachelor's degree in the field of engineering.\n
 * Must have 20+ years of recent and related work experience.\n
 * Must have experience in Reliability Engineering related to electrical and mechanical spaceflight systems.\n
 * Must have experience in electrical design and analysis.\n
 * Proficient with design and simulation tools such as LT Spice, PSpice, Altium, Hyperlynx, etc.\n
 * Highly proficient and experienced as technical writer.\n
 * Ability to interface with customer and program management.\n, * Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.\n
 * All of Bastion's employees must be team players with strong work ethics and must be culture oriented.\n
 * Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in written form, with internal and external customers.\n
 * Able to follow company programs, processes, procedures, practices, requirements, goals, and objectives.\n
 * Must be organized with good time management skills and must be able to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.\n
