* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

 * Strong track record in formal documentation, data processing, configuration management, and cross-functional communication.

 * Ability or active status to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.
 * Prior experience managing inertial navigation system testing or complex data manipulation workflows.
