This role will primarily focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, handling incoming incidents and service requests related to VDI access, performance, and user issues. The engineer will intake tickets through ServiceNow, email, phone, and Teams, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. Strong communication is critical, as this role will interact directly with end users to gather requirements, explain resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the Dision HI Team, supporting ongoing implementations and day to day operations, while monitoring system health and maintaining a stable virtual desktop experience. The role sits on a small, collaborative team and requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable owning Tier 1/Tier 2 VDI support responsibilities.
