Preferred Qualifications + Experience supporting healthcare or hospital environments. + Experience with SCCM, MECM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools. + Knowledge of hardware asset management and inventory tracking. + Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing platforms. + CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification. + Familiarity with clinical workstation deployments and medical device connectivity. This individual will be responsible for deploying, imaging, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows-based devices used by clinical and administrative staff throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience supporting end users in a Windows environment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
