Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. ## Description The Senior Developer, Sales Technology is a hands-on software engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting [1] Salesforce.com capabilities for the GB360 Service scaled delivery team. The role focuses on Service Cloud, case management, Book of Business, service workflow, user migration context, service fast-follows, and sales-service collaboration, with integrations across enterprise data, content, workflow, underwriting, pricing, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity capabilities. This role partners with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Architects, QA, DevSecOps, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate service outcomes into secure, scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
