Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. ## Description + Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring + Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, + Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for the Mainframe environment, ensuring platform stability, resiliency, and performance + Support, maintain, and enhance mission-critical mainframe infrastructure technologies, including z/OS, MQ, CICS, IMS, DB2, and related middleware components + Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents, service degradations, and critical outages impacting Hogan applications and supporting infrastructure + Participate in a rotating 24 x 7 on-call support schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide rapid response and recovery for critical production incidents + Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions that improve platform reliability and reduce operational risk + Partner closely with application development teams, production support teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions + Support change management activities, including change planning, implementation, validation, and post-implementation reviews for critical banking systems, Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
