For Principal Engineer (Level 3): * Must have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Ph.D. and 1 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering. Applicable For Both Levels: * Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain US Government Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by business needs. * Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, etc) * Previous experience with requirements definitions, * Knowledge of lab and system-level test planning and execution, system safety, requirements & verification, and specialty engineering domains * Experience with IBM DOORS * Experience briefing technical reviews with USG Customers * Prior experience with capability upgrade programs * Familiarity with comms systems * Experience with military aircraft ## Description We are seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer (SE) to provide technical support to a high visibility capability upgrade program. The successful candidate will coordinate with all SE disciplines-Safety, Requirements & Verification, Specialty Engineering, etc. -towards ensuring the program goals are appropriately met for system-level (and Supplier) Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) within schedule, cost, and performance objectives. This role demands a technically driven and organized individual, whom supports the overall goals of the team and program.
