Responsible for designing and implementing scalable technical solutions that support Enrollment Management operations through advanced system configuration, workflow automation, data integrations, and business process improvement. Working closely with Enrollment Management departments, Information Services & Technology (IS&T), and campus stakeholders, the incumbent translates business requirements into technical solutions by developing system workflows, configuring platform functionality, creating SQL queries, managing data integrations, and supporting enterprise reporting. The position ensures the integrity, security, and governance of institutional data while maintaining system performance, implementing platform enhancements, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting the University's transition from legacy systems to modern, integrated technology solutions.
