Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes., We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the onboarding experience for our clients, guiding them from signed contract through scoping and implementation, and into a strong long-term partnership. You will work to configure the LevPro platform (Research Management, Trading Tools/OMS, Portfolio Management, Compliance) around each client's workflows, manage data migrations and back-office interfaces, and train new users so they can hit the ground running. You will coordinate closely with the sales, data, customer success and product development teams to identify, create and support the best solutions for our clients.
