## Description

Lead delivery of the CDE Phase 2 programme, driving the migration of crude trading data to an Azure Databricks platform while ensuring delivery against scope, budget, quality, and business value objectives., * Deliver Azure Databricks-based data platform solutions, including ODS, reporting, data products, and curated data views.

 * Lead cloud migration and modernisation of legacy crude trading data assets.
 * Manage programme governance, financials, RAID, resources, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
 * Engage senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
 * Lead multidisciplinary teams across Shell, partners, and vendors.
 * Ensure alignment between business requirements, ETRM data domains, architecture standards, and technical delivery.
