This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development experience, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, value-driven technology solutions. The successful candidate will help drive innovation through automation and emerging technology adoption while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities., * Strong solution design and architecture skills with the ability to develop scalable, sustainable, and supportable automation solutions. * Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business domains, and technology platforms. * Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities, with the ability to anticipate dependencies, constraints, and trade-offs early in the solutioning process. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on emerging automation, AI, and digital transformation trends., * 2+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, technology delivery, solution design, or a related discipline. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps and Power Automate and emerging technology solutions. * Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency. * Experience developing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies preferred. * Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, technologies, and business areas. * Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment capabilities. * Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while balancing strategic objectives with practical implementation considerations. * Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value and positive user experiences. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, overcome resistance, and drive alignment across business and technology partners.
