Summary: Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.
Responsibilities:

 * Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros)
 * Remove blockers and facilitate cross-team coordination
 * Track velocity and delivery metrics
 * Support onboarding of new engineers into agile workflows
