The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, quality assurance processes, and team leadership. The role involves defining testing strategies, overseeing test execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions., * 10 years' experience in test management, including test strategy, test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release sign-off. * Hands-on expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks. * Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and integration testing methodologies. * Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and automated test suites. * Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. * Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with SQL and database testing skills. * Proven ability to lead functional, regression, integration, system testing, and UAT support activities in Agile/Scrum environments. * Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management skills, including mentoring QA teams, conducting code reviews, resource planning, and driving continuous quality improvements.
