 * Active Directory, * 2+ years of experience in application systems analysis, technical analysis/documentation, application change management, and application testing.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Services, or a related field.
 * Experience working in a large-scale enterprise IT environment preferred.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

## Description

We are seeking an Associate Systems Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise applications and systems across Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting applications, servers, data interfaces, and vendor products in a large-scale IT environment., * Provide technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.

 * Perform system analysis, technical documentation, and application troubleshooting.
 * Support applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
 * Work with multi-platform server environments across multiple projects.
 * Conduct system design, business information flow analysis, and develop technical specifications and use cases.
 * Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
 * Maintain defect lists and support remediation and testing activities.
 * Support application change management and application interfaces.
 * Install and upgrade vendor products in Windows and Linux environments.
 * Support batch data loads and application integrations.
 * Work collaboratively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
