 * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall administration.\n
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. \n, * Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. \n
 * Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.\n
 * Experience with endpoint management tools and security platforms.\n
 * Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.\n
 * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards. \n
