## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant in Milford, MA. Summary: We are seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to lead Record-to-Report (RTR) initiatives within an SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role combines strong accounting expertise with SAP experience to drive transformation, strengthen internal controls, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate can operate independently, engage executive stakeholders, and lead accounting-focused change initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

 * Lead RTR workstream activities within SAP S/4HANA implementations
 * Provide expertise in journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
 * Ensure strong internal controls and segregation of duties
 * Partner with finance and technical teams to align system design with accounting needs
 * Drive project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
 * Facilitate workshops and decisions with executive stakeholders
 * Identify risks and process gaps, recommending solutions
 * Support testing (UAT/SIT) and change management activities
